You must forward your coverage request to the APCHQ within the first two years following the date of acceptance of the building. |

| I own a condo. Can I purchase the extended warranty? |

Your co-ownership property (condo) is not eligible for the extended warranty. Only single-family, semi-detached or row-houses, and multifamily houses, from duplex to quintuplex, are eligible for the Garantie prolongée 10 ans. |

| Is it possible to pay the Garantie prolongée 10 ans in installments? |
|
Yes. You may pay in four equal installments. This option is available only if payments are made by cheque. |

| When will I receive my Garantie prolongée 10 ans certificate? |
|
You will receive your certificate as soon as you have paid in full. |

| If I sell my property, is the Garantie prolongée 10 ans transferable? |
|
Yes. It is transferable with no additional charge. Moreover, this warranty
increases your property value upon the resale. |

| What do we mean by "construction defect"? |
|
Generally speaking, a construction defect is present when deficiencies affect an important building element and could potentially compromise the solidity of the construction. |

| What are the warranty's limitations? |
|
If the beneficiary makes a warranty claim following manifestation of a construction defect, APCHQ's liability under the Garantie prolongée 10 ans de l'APCHQ is limited to the price set out in the contract between the original buyer and the builder, and which is not to exceed $200,000. |
